Hi,
I am planning to install 15mm Oak Engineered glueless flooring as a floating floor, however, this to cover a distance of 3.5M x 10m - which is the length of my dining room and living room (once knocked through into one). Is 10 Metres too long a continuous length without a mid length expansion gap?

Rgds, Rob

No, that's not too long.
You should only worry about the width, if that's wider than 10 meter than you might have a problem. (5 - 6 meters when installing solid boards)

Thanks WoodYouLike,

That's what I wanted to hear... I didn't want to have to spoil the nice effect of one continous run through from front to back.

Thanks for the info.

Rob
