Would you leave expansion gaps here?

I am planning to lay 21mm x 240mm engineered oak flooring in the lounge, dining room and hallway, running along the length of the lounge and the same direction in the dining room and hall.
The flooring will be floated over timber mate excel and a concrete subfloor.

What I'd like to know is if you would recommend leaving an expansion gap between the lounge and dining room.
The run across the lounge and dining room is about 6m and the manufacturer says the maximum run widthways must be 8m.
Thanks for any advice.

So the width is less than the manufacturer's recommended maximum? Do you not trust them?! :)

I would run it through
Just made sure you have a good 10mm expansion all the way round.
Made sure you cut the door jams all the way out.
