Sorry to drag this one up again, but I'm getting well confused. If I can I want to put wood in the bathroom. Some companies state that Laminate is better ie Aqualoc+ others state Engineered wood. Others say that Engineered is better as its thicker and less likely to warp. Some say to float it others to glue. Some even say that Bamboo is the only one to use. One company that I spoke to at the weekend stated that any laminate will do as long as I use a special glue/wax that (strangely enough) they supply. Can anyone make any sense of this for me? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Many Thanks :?

We frequently install wood-engineered (minimum top layer 3.6mm) floors in bathrooms. Pre-oiled ones are the best, glueing T&G's correctly and floating installation no problem.
