Rich in vitamin something or other.

Ok in a sandwich spread thinly, or added to stew for a bit of extra flavour.

Useful tip for anyone marooned in foreign parts and unable to get brown sauce - you can make a pretty passable substitute by mixing 3 parts ketchup to 1 part worcester sauce.

I remember doing the sandwich run one time were I worked.

One guy wanted plain corned beef sandwiches, white bread. No butter/marge/mayo/mustard/pickle/sauce/salad.

Literally just two slices of dry white bread with corned beef between.
