It is something I invented a few years ago quite by chance, Lina wasnt in and I was starving all we had in was some of these cheese slices. I had put a couple of slices of toast in the toaster and simply grabbed a cheese slice and put some mustard on it. I have eaten it ever since and named it cheese in toast
 
Cheese and mustard just go together. I get the tubes of colemans as it is easier and more convenient than a jar.

I thought I was into odd combos with:

PB and horseradish
&
PB and marmalade

(In two separate sandwiches).
