I'm using W7 x86

I tried the Epson maintenance. Did a several head cleans, then a test print. The blue simply isn't printing.

Have done a reboot, several blue cartridge changes and driver update.

Did five lines of text on a Word doc file, red, yellow, blue, green and black.

Blue prints out as pink, green prints out as yellow. Red, Yellow and black are fine.

Suggestions please.

Your blue print head/nozzzles are most likely blocked and need a good clean. Has it been unused for a reasonable amount of time or at least from colour printing? There's some youtube videos on cleaning the heads/nozzles that might be worth trying.

Noted, many thanks.

I've purchased a cleaner/unblocker kit so will see what that does.

Job done, thanks!

Got this kit and its cleared the ink heads.

To the job, switch the printer off whilst printing the carriage is free to move on the rail. With the SX425W, the carriage has to be on the RHS to get the lid up. You need the blotting paper, supplied in the kit, under the carriage to soak up the cleaning fluid.

Glad you managed to fix and thanks for following it up for anyone else having the same issue.
