My consumer unit, electrical and gas supply/meter are all inside a cupboard in the lounge.
The gas combi boiler and the water mains stopcock are in the kitchen.

All my water pipes including radiator pipes are plastic speedfit.

I need to earth the gas pipe that lead to the boiler and the short copper pipe after the water stopcock, both in the kitchen.

I'm wondering, can I earth the gas pipe inside the lounge cupboard and then clip an earth wire at the other end of the gas pipe on the boiler side in the kitchen in order to earth the copper pipe of the mains water stopcock ?

your water supply pipes needs to be bonded straight to MET.
If all pipes are plastic no supp bonding needed
