erecting a fence over a low level wall

Hello I would like to erect a fence on top of a 60cm low level brick wall.

My plan for the fence would be to dig fence post holes next to the wall, install fence post with postcrete and then bokt the fence posts to the wall for extra strength. I would then place a wooden frame on top of the wall bolted to the top of the wall and the fence posts. The fence featherboards would be screwed onto the frame.

Is the above ok?

I wouldn't bother bolting to the wall.
