ESBE 3 port valve swap-in

Hi,
I'd like to replace the manual mixer in the photo with an ESBE electronic mixing valve. Should the ESBE be a straight swap-in into the Roth manifold?
Not sure about thread sizes, etc. as to what is already in place.
