Just been reading another post, made me think.

Does every bedroom have to have an escape window? My house has windows, fitted 1993 (according to the stamp in between the glass panels). The two bedrooms have top openers only. The bathroom has a fully inward opening escape window. There are no other windows or doors.

Does this comply with current regulations?
