Whats the vest way to prime the fuel filter on an M reg diesel 1.8 escort?? There is no primer pump to squeeze, the filter is sealed and has two elbows on the top plus a nut and a water drain on the bottom. Do i just open the nut and fill it up then install the filter in place or is the nut some type of adjuster??
