ESI ESZV222L Replacement?

Hi folks,

I have a ESI ESZV222L 2 port valve on our hot water system which appears to have failed.

We have central heating but no hot water. I can get hot water to the tank by opening the valve manually & turning on the central heating.

Im assuming its the valve head thats failed (or possibly the temperature sensor in the HW tank not providing the signal - i’ll check this later.

Swapping the head is with in the limits of my capability, full drain down and swapping the valve isnt!

The ESZV222L valve / head seems to have been discontinued - does any one know where i’d be able to get one or a suitable head replacement tat would be compatible with the installed valve body?

Afaik, it should only be done by a qualified G3 registered engineer as it’s the hot water side on an unvented cylinder.
