Estimation for felt and cladding repacement in garage roof?

Hi chaps, could someone give me a ruff cost of replacing my single garage roof.?
Materials reqired are ply base board, HD felt, PVC cladding and labour, and posibly an expected man hours for the project to be done.
North West location.
