Eurolite Grid Switch, replacement module

Hello, my mother in law has what I think are eurolite switches in her kitchen, the dimmer module of a grid switch has failed and looking to replace the unit, I have been into a local electrical supply place and they looked at me as if I was stupid... anyway can I order the replacement part, if so what's it called and where can I order from...
