Hi All,

I have recently moved into a house with a eurosec cpl8 keypad.

It's locked out with !! Service due !

I have just replaced the backup battery for a new one and was able to stop the internal ringers with the user code I have.

But I can't do anything else, can't set or unset the system etc. I have tried 5678 but nothing happens when I enter it. If I enter the user code I get a chime sound for a couple of seconds.

Can anyone help me reset it please?
Thanks

Default panel ….if it’s engineer locked then time to replace , unfortunately you won’t know this until you try the default ,

What do you mean by default panel? There's a way to default it back to factory?

Yes …but if it’s locked then it’s bin time
