Eurovision soon to be with us

Fixed a fence panel we damaged last night, took my elderly neighbour to a garden centre today to replace a few plants. No harm done and a great night had by all. Neighbours speaking to me again so all ended well.
How did you break a fence panel

How did you break a fence panel
We threw a mate through it, we was playing rugby in the street at around 2am and he ended up going through the fence panel. we dragged him out across a flower bed and pulled a few plants out in doing so. We replaced the fence panel and replaced the damaged flowers. It was an accident and not intentional.

If that was my road I would've been out and knocked you all out

Speaking to a few of the neighbours today and nobody was upset by the party, everyone thought we was in good spirits and loved how we were all dressed up. Only one said he thought it got a bit out out of hand but said he appreciated us in making good his fence panel, the chap who flowers got a bit damaged was about a tenners worth of bedding plants, we bought him a hundred pounds worth so he was over the moon.

Exactly, it was all in good humour. One of my neighbours is a solicitor, talk about wild, he was worse than any of us and got so drunk he didnt know what he was doing. We stripped him down to his boxers and he just went with the flow, he turned out a great guy.

But instead of applauding Yuval's resilience, as well as her repeated messages of peace and hope, the usual headbangers and useful idiots are out indulging in a different form of point-scoring.

No, it's not "point-scoring", it's simply saying that Israel should not be allowed to participate in international cultural events.

Just like they should not be wrt scientific, sporting, etc events, and just like shops should not be selling Israeli goods.

Of course they should be allowed to participate in a competition that is about songs and music.

Just a factual observation on my part.

But why?

What is it about that fact which makes it of such significance to you that you felt driven to make it in response to

Eurovision looming, any favorites? I already know who has won so I won't spoil it. I am still very excited to watch it.

?

How is it relevant to the quality of the songs, the artistry of the performances, or the added value of the commentary from the presenters?

Why is the sexual orientation of the performers and/or presenters a factor you consider when deciding whether or not to watch it?

Seems more of a concern for you though.

It's not the nature of those taking part in the TV show which is of concern to me.
