Every 5 Years

Please guys can someone inform me bout these C+G 5 yearly resits. The only place I have heard mention of it is on the forums, and then only hints and rumours. Can someone point me in the direction of where this all originated from. Is it another wonderful government-inspired idea?

I don't beleive it is anymore than a rumour, if is more than that, then it would certainly buck the trend, because that is that the requirements for the scams have been relaxed

It was started on another forum, by somebody who had their second year assessment with NIC & the assessor told them of the proposed 5 year C&G resit for 2391.
personally I think it's a wind up.
