I dunno why people think I am not serious. Wishful thinking maybe? Many of the foreigners in Manchester do not work, and many that do work avoid taxes. These parasites should not be here, let alone have the vote. So, just to clarify.

Are you saying that British citizens who are Muslims and British citizens of African heritage shouldn't have the vote. If not, who are these people that you want to take the vote away from.

His motivation is irrelevant. Racist comments are judged on their impact, not on the intention of the perpetrator.
