Evolution Rage 5s Sawdust Collection problem

Mine is connected to a vacuum which collects plenty of sawdust. However, I still have a pile of sawdust on the floor directly underneath. I turned the saw upside down to check where it was coming from and there are loads of gaps in the blade housing.

on another point, I removed the blade guard because it is an impediment more than a help.

That's entirely your choice, but TBH it does reduce safety quite a bit, especially if you have a kickback
