Problem with Evolution table saw

Hi

Just taken delivery of Evolution Rage 5S table saw. Took a while to assemble stand but OK eventually.

Set up fine, only a few minor adjustments needed BUT the Mitre Sliding Carriage " clicks" as it moves front and back. It has full travel and I think it's coming from the left hand "rail". It's almost as if it's got index positions whereas YouTube videos show the carriage moving smoothly.

I expect to be using it often so I want it to work properly.

Any thoughts help ideas will be much appreciated.
