Existing open canopy - adding glass “walls”?

Moved into a house which has a canopy on the back garden covering the patio. It extends out from the dining room and runs along most of the width of the house.

Wood frame, skylights in the roof - but open to the front and one side (the other side is blocked off by the garage wall and the back of it is up against the wall to the house).

I’d like to enclose it, mostly so we can let the cat in there and also as a small breakfast area. It would need a door in it on to the garden. Not too fussed about it being insulated/heated. Currently you get into it via a sliding outside door from the dining room and its then just open on to the garden.

This will be well beyond me but:

A. Will it be possible in theory for glass “walls” and a door to be fitted on to the existing structure? Presumably there would need to be some sort of foundation or fixing (as currently it’s just a patio)?

B. Would this be a general builder or someone else?

C. Any idea of general cost (it’s about 8 metres along).

Got some photos?

Sounds pretty impractical frankly and if possible probably only usable as room for a few days per year.
