Existing water floor heating with tiles

Good Afternoon.

I have fell in love with a bungalow which has central heated underfloor heating (?) , under tiles.
It runs right through the bungalow.
The bathroom suite may need changing though
Whats the score with this please? Do you just have to replace the exact same size suite? Or can the tiles come up without damaging the heating?
Not sure how these things work?
Also if it ever broke, what would be the deal?

If its a pipe in screed type system should be able to get tiles up. Correctly installed long warranty on underfloor the polypipe systems we use are 50 years.
