Hi all
new to the website, just wanted to know if there is anyone else on here that has been through what i have today in changing an expansion vessel and PRV on a worcester 35cdi II? i had to strip most of the boiler out in limited access situation (cupboard) it took me most of the day and was wondering if this was normal? or was it just a bad day for me!?

regards Justin :)

If the internal expansion vessel of a boiler fails, it is common practice to fit an external one connected via the return pipe close to the boiler. This is of course, if there is enough space.

Sod that on a CDi, complete pain in the arse.

Arnt the 35cdi just at the front on a clip? 24/28 cdi are the ones at the bk

No they are behind the pump and DHW heat ex and you have to strip a lot out to get to them.

One off the worst jobs on a boiler..

Highflow 400 plate heat ex they were fun

Most things Worcestor were not easy to change.

I used to have fun swapping the big cast heatslave water tanks

35cdi is a newer version of the 350. 35cdi II is the larger and newer 28cdi.
