Hi all

Not long moved and this place had a loft conversion in the early 70s. Due to the roof style nothing could be done on the front, so it goes from ridge point towards the back around 2m. The rooms are not big and was thinking of extending out to the original outer walls of the house, which would gain approx 2m and would mean I could add a shower room (6bed house with 1 small bathroom).

Is this something that can be done? Would I need full planning permission or do it under permitted development?

Picture of the front & rear attached which says more

Many thanks
