Extending gas supply from boiler to hob

Hi, We are having a new kitchen fitted and would like a dual fuel range cooker with a gas hob. We have an electric hob at the moment, would it be possible to take a pipe from the gas boiler which is about 900mm away from where the planned cooker will be fitted

Depends on size and length of existing gas supply to boiler, compared to the demand of said boiler PLUS cooker. Impossible to say without knowing those stats

Thanks. The gas pipe is 22mm. Existing gas pipe from meter at front of house is approx 35 feet to the boiler which is on the rear wall of the house.

As I said:

Afraid much more info than that is needed in order to give an answer. Your RGI will be able to calculate it for you

The answer is probably yes but you might have to have some of the pipework upgraded.
