Thanks for the responses. Any comments on the layout below?
Brown = Existing
Black = Proposed
Dashed = Redundant

Plan also to run rainwater into external gully as due to high water table a soakaway is not practical.
I want to run waste pipes from washing machine / dish washer directly into new pipes. Any issues with that?

If you rotated the chamber clockwise 45degrees you could save a few bends and have no bends downstream of it.

Wastes direct to drain isn't an issue, make sure you fit suitable traps to the appliances.
