Exterior door seal loose

Another post, about another exterior door!

The weather/draught strip for our front door has deteriorated/come loose.

There appears to be a 1-2mm notch in the door that it was previously in, though trying to 'shove' it back in with a flathead screwdriver doesn't seem to work.

Does it need glue/adhesive to make stick, or should I jut replace it with a new strip.

If replace, is it just called and 'external draught strip' or something else?

I assume its a PVC door?

Can you post a pic? Most likely a bubble or flipper gasket that can be purchased on ebay

Sorry I should have said, it's a wooden door.

I'll try to get a pic up later.

Wooden stuff usually tends to have this type of gasket...

Its like a plastic covered foam/sponge, if you take a close look along the lengths you might find a name - normally 'Q-Lon'
