Exterior silicone recommendations ?

All around the house we have instances of silicone type sealant going black, mouldy, mossy and failing - a few photo's attached.
I'm going to pull it all out and replace, ideally with a white based sealant. Any product recommendations , that can resist moss, mould etc?
Also, one photo shows a capping into the end of the window sill that keeps detaching itself. Any ideas how to make a permanent join?

I've always had excellent success with Dow 791 sealant.
