External Bell/Strboe not working

Hi,
I have a Menvier TS400 alarm system fitted. It's now 11 years old. Everything on the system works except the external bell/strobe. Any ideas what the problem could be ??

have you looked at the external wiring for corrosion thats the advice i got for my alarm

How have you determined that the unit is faulty?

Have performed system test on final exit, all pir's and the external box. External box supposed to sound and flash for 15 secs to show it's working but it doesn't. The panel beeps and flashes to show final exit and pir's are working ok though. Alarm is now 12 years old. Never been a minutes problem until now. Got an engineer coming Wed 19th March. Will let you know the outcome.

Engineer replaced the external bell box and now all is well !!
