The mortar/concrete to the bottom of my house has cracked and come away in places, i have removed the problem areas but ensure on which trim to use
should i use a bellcast only or should i use a plynth aswell so there is a break between upper and lower?
existing was finished flush and bridged, the bottom section i removed was 25mm thick
is has a dpc on the highest brick course then it is cement with pebbles in no cavity
any advice would be appreciated
