External wall cleaning

My external walls are painted and now look unsightly. They do not need repainting so much as cleaning to remove the build up from the damp weather. My pathways are also slippy and need cleaning.Somebody suggested sodium hypochlorite but it comes with so many warnings I am not happy to use it. I would like something other than just pressure hosing. Any ideas please .

A weakend solution of household bleach might help...but ut will still need scrubbing.

Id rather use a pressure washer
