Extra long (2-3M) Cold/Waste Water Hoses for Washing Machine

Thinking of setting my daughters washing machine up in the scullery just around the corner from her fitted kitchen.

What's the thoughts of using currently available tapping points on sink tap and waste outlet?

Using the extra long pipes, I can easily thread them along between the walls and kitchen units, rather than fitting copper/plastic piping and bends. No drilling of ext wall to access drain.

Not ideal, and the waste especially can cause issues with standing water and muck in the pipe. If she's planning on remaining in the place, and it's not a major job, then do it once and do it right.

You would probably get away with the water feed pipes but the drain would be another issue....I'd definitely go through the wall to access a gully outside.
