Good afternoon everyone,
Is there any extra security measures I can add, such as sliding bars to our composite front door,
it doesn't fit flush like our old wooden door and the "sliding bar", that's the only way I can think to
describe it, won't fit and too be honest I wouldn't be sure of drilling the door so close to
the locking mechanism or whether drilling into the upvc frame would be strong enough.
So any advice would be appreciated.
kind regards
Chris

Please show us some photos of the door, frame, lock, and surrounding walls.

No self respecting chav junkie burglar goes through the front door. And the only ones that force a front door are the police and fire service.

One good lock will do, and just an anti snap, anti bump cylinder.
