Can someone advise what type of pull cord switch I need to replace this on the left please?

It is for the extractor fan in our bathroom (no light, just the extractor) and intermittently doesn't work.

I bought this 10amp pull cord switch, but now see it has different wiring (only L1, L2, Com), old one has red, black and earth wires. In the other bathroom it had the same switch, but only had two red live wires and one earth wire, so the same type of replacement switch seemed to be fine (red connected to L1 and Com, as advised on another post).

Many thanks
