extractor fan for utility room

Hi there

Building spec says I need to install an extractor fan which manages 30litre/sec.
Can anyone recommend a fan and let me know of any pitfalls etc I wouldn't necessarily know about before buying one, please.

I'm not doing the installation, an electrician is, but I'm buying the materials to keep costs down. Thanks, in advance, for your help!
