I'm having the Facias, Soffits and guttering replaced next week on my house.

The current stuff is wooden and is rotten.

The old stuff does not have any visible vents. Is is advisable when installing the new stuff to get the ventilated versions?

Many Thanks

Always a good idea to upgrade your ventilation when gettin this type of work done!
the vented soffits are slightly more expensive than the plain though.

thats assuming its the upvc you are getting installed.

Cheaper to use the circular vents if you don't want to use vented board.

Over fascia vents are the best though, concealed by the tiles, but it will raise the height of your fascia 20mm though.

Don't forget continual vented white soffit boards get very dirty over time and are a beatch to clean
