I've got a W2B200 that appears to have lost its auto regeneration function, so I'm having to manually trigger it every night. I've reached out to Water2Buy and got zero response. Apparently they're terrible at customer service. The timer appears to be working fine, as does REG CAP but if I try to start an "immediate regeneration" via the digital menu, nothing happens. So I have to physically turn the dial. Anyone have any experience with these units?

yeh saw that video already, thanks. It unfortunately doesn't address my particular issue as there's no problem with the water softening fucnction actually working. its to do with the electronic signal not triggering the regeneration. Assuming a motor or something has failed in the unit
