Hi
I'm looking to connect a condensation trap, from an inline extractor fan ducting, to a nearby soil pipe in the loft. I want to avoid any gasses moving back through to system when the fan isn't being used so this has got me thinking.
1. Can a soil stack be used for this purpose?
2. If so, should the set-up also include a non-return valve to stop gas escaping the soil pipe? Any suggestions on what valve to use?
3. If temperatures are very low how do I prevent the condensation trap and outlet pipe from freezing?
Thanks
