fan light comes on boiler.. Is it overheating

Hi just had a call from a friend saying there boiler is not working and the fan light keeps comeing on.
Is this due to the pump not working and it is over heating.
Before you ask i dont no what boiler it is as friend didnt no and i have not seen it alls i know is that it is not a combi
any advice please

Let me stick my neck out for the fun of seeing if I get my head chopped off.
The boiler I will guess is a baxi 80e or 105e. The fan/ 50ºC light is on.
The problem is not the fan but the PCB part number 5112380.

As my head rolls into the bucket it is saying find out what the boiler is b4 any more heads roll
