Hi,

I'm in the processing of building a garden office/room. I'm looking to get GRP roofing applied.

I'm wonderring should I install the fascias before or after the GRP?

Thanks

Before. The drip detail gets formed on top of the fascia.

Depends on how you wish to proceed. They can be done before or after. If you chose to do them after, you need to fit a knock-on piece thick enough so that fascia passes up behind the flashing drip. You would need to chat with your roofer first about depths and thicknesses.

Thanks for the replies. All sorted now. Yes, it turns out it doesn't matter either way but you do need to allow room behind the flashing drip

I'd have said fascia first unless timber arrangement had allowed for fitting later .
But I'd also said EPDM is better than grp
