How hard is it to replace fascia boards, was thinking of hiring a genie boom or similar for it, but putting the height issue to one side the actual work of ithow hard, I assume you remove the old timber fascia exposing joists to screw the upvc fascia to and bang thats it, or am I missing something?
I think of fascia as like fitting plastic dado trunking, I could be way off the mark though
