Does anyone know if no equipotential bonding to gas or water pepes is a code one, or code two fault? and what about a lack of supplementary bonding? Is it fairly subjective or is there some objective resource for coding faults?

I'd put that down as "2&4" and elsewhere rate the assessment of the installation as "Unsatisfactory". I'd use "1" where the installation was moderatly unsafe, where urgent remedial work was required or where the installation was dangerous.

I' mot aware of any detailed guidance.
