boiler fires up on hot water but on heating, comes on for 15 seconds then off boiler lock out F28 any ideas, I am corgi

F29 is usually flame extinguished/insufficient gas, could be a lack of water in heating system causing flame to be interupted. check system pressure, 1.5bar cold.
