i have a biasi 24se combi boiler and the water pressure keeps dropping causing the safety thermostat reset button to trip out we fill it back up with water and within minutes it does it again mainly when i come to run the hot water together with the heating on so then the water goes cold i would be gratefull for any help.

If you're sayiong it keeps losing its water, check the pressure relief pipe, which should go through the wall. It it's dripping, try turning the red knob so it clunks, a few times . If it still drips you'll need a new one.
Otherwise thesystem is leaking somewhere in the property...
