Hi, hoping someone can help me out with this. I'm not really a DIY person, but thought someone might have an answer as to where I can go with my shower.

My Triton T100E has been working fine for probably about a decade. I've thought it's been getting cooler and cooler for a week or two - but with no drop in pressure.

Then this morning, these black bits came out of the shower head (dirt? limescale?) and the water suddenly dropped dramatically in temp (again, not pressure). The heat hasn't completely gone - if I put the temp up to max, it still warms up - but it's dropped dramatically.

My, severely, limited knowledge would lead me to think that it's a heating element or something gone, but any suggestions or ideas as to what to look at, and the potential for replacement parts (or a new shower!), would be great.

Cheers! :)
