Faulty wipers on renault megane

Hi,

When i turn on my wipers on nothing happens, i can hear the motor trying to work and a clicking coming from near the fuse box which suggest a relay problem but im unsure.

Just double check that there isn't a catch in the wiper mechanism from the
motor to the blades. The motor will not try to overcome this resistance and
will just switch off.

And then back on when it cools down.
