Felt worn on roof/guttering

Hi,

Just noticed some water running down my wall. When I looked up at the gutter, it looks like the felt is worn so that some water can run down the back of the gutter.

Whats the easiest way to sort this?

How is the water getting behind the gutter? The tiles/slates should project into gutter regardless of the felt.

How is the water getting behind the gutter? The tiles/slates should project into gutter regardless of the felt.

The tiles look like they are draining into the gutter ok but some water is running down (through the tiles?) onto the felt, it then travels down the felt and behind the gutter. Further along where the felt is better, it drains into the gutter.
