Garage roof repair

hello!

Could someone advise me on the best way to repair my garage roof.

Flat roof. - felt with stones.

The flashing into the gutter has worn, which is now allowing a small amount of water into the ply underneath.

Looking for the best way to seal.

Acrypol roof covering would be OK but really it needs a new roof but you probably know that already.

Acrypol, cromapol would be your best bet for a short term fix..got to be clean and dry...your local builders or roofing merchants stock it.
