How long does it usually take to get a fensa cert ive had 8 windows and 2 doors fitted by a fensa registered company in april but still havent received it ive contacted them and theyre sorting apparently they gave me a laminated 10 year guarantee for the plastics on completion and thats about it have i been done over?

yep got theyre registration number from the fensa site while looking to see if they can send a duplicate out but theres no match when i put my details in
