Fensa Certificate

I am selling my house and have received a request from the solicitor for a Fensa Certificate for a replacement window in a basement that I installed myself.

The window was purely replacing and existing window that was already there.

What is the best and quickest way to deal with this?
Thanks for any advise that can be given.

tell them you havent got a certificate, as it was not required / available when the window was fitted, do they want to buy the house or not
